The Blade 1.5 is a fun model which is suited for high speed lovers. It offers high flying speeds and the ability to withstand hot turns and the stresses of DS flying. Due to the low wing loading and the good profile, it can be flown even in mild conditions.  The wing, a single piece, is made in fibreglass with carbon spar and reinforcements, has an RG15 modified profile to offer the best performance over a wide speed range. With flaps and ailerons, greater control is provided. The fuselage is fibreglass with carbon reinforcements and is suitable for slope, bungee and winch launching.

The all moulded V-tail is big enough to offer positive control and stability even at low speeds. The tail is removable for easy transportation.

The model needs 6 micro servos and the use of a V mix capable transmitter.

As an option, it is available with a carbon kevlar fuselage with a ballast tube or a full carbon version. Specially suited to extreme DS conditions, the  weight of the full carbon version is 100g heavier due to the structural reinforcement.
